I'm just curious...if you drink every weekend is there really any question to why you're gaining weight?  I'm just utterly shocked with how many of my friends still party like we are in college both FRIDAY and SATURDAY until the wee hours of the morning EVERY WEEKEND.  I mean really, when does it get to the point where you're sick of feeling like crap the next day and tired of doing the same thing each Friday and Saturday night?  Sorry, but today reminded me why I only binge drink every few months.  I feel terrible today, I went to bed at 5 am and overall I just feel like I have the flu.  I have been completely unproductive and a waste of life today.  Sleeping in until noon makes me feel like I wasted a perfectly good day.  Now that I'm in my late twenties it is evident that weight is finally catching up to many of my friends (my Mom always told me this would happen because I would whine and complain about how it wasn't fair that all my friends eat whatever they want and are thin as a rail.  I never really quite believed her.  Now I can tell weight is really depressing some of them and I can't help but think: well then change your lifestyle.  Start doing things on the weekends that make you a more interesting person as opposed to just getting wasted all the time.  I don't mean to sound insensitive but calories in alcohol adds up plus being up late makes you hungry and then you're more likely to eat fatty things.  If you're going to be embarrassed and let your weight gain affect certain parts of your life then start making changes!

Jenny Craig Triple Grain Crisp Cereal


1 cup fat-free organic milk

Lunch - 

1 Veggie Italian Sausage

1 slice of whole wheat bread

Steamable veggies with spray butter

fat-free yogurt

sugar-free jello

Snack -

2 clementines

Dinner -

2 oz. whole wheat pasta, 3 meatless mushroom meatballs, 1/2 cup Healthy Choice Marinara

Salad (mixed greens, croutons, mushrooms, tomatoes)

Snack - 

100 calorie pack
