9/9/14 Katie's Healthy Eating Journal: Thursday

I have yet to pack my bag even though I've been saying for a week I need to.  I realize with these last few weeks he really could come at anytime.  However, I have just felt so exhausted that every ounce of my energy has been devoted to school...even before it had started.  By the time I get home all I want to do is sit on the couch all the way until bedtime.  I am proud to say I have kept up with my exercise, walking two and a half miles every other day with my dogs and husband.  I continue to have a lot of cramping in my lower pelvic region as I'm walking and have to stop frequently because of it.  My goal is to try and pack my bag as well as get the car seat installed this weekend.  Hopefully I have enough energy to at least do this!


Breakfast - 

1 packet no sugar added oatmeal with 1/4 cup raisins

1 cup fat-free organic milk

Lunch - 


Fat-free yogurt

2 slices whole wheat bread, 2 oz. ham, lettuce, tomato, and mustard

Snack - 


Dinner - 

whole wheat tortilla, lettuce, tomato, 1/4 cup fat-free cheese, 2 oz. Laura's Lean Beef with tablespoon of taco reduced sodium seasoning

Green beans with 1 tbsp. margarine

Snack - 

Skinny Cow
